This is an excellent opportunity for a professional who is capable of leading and managing the
Mayo Southern Division, Home Nursing Service care team. This is a unique management role in the
growing Community Care industry, leading a team of dedicated staff and reporting to the Director
of Acute and Allied Care Services. Mayo's Southern Division Community Nursing Service is situated
in Taree on the Mid North Coast of New South Wales.
Skills and experience in the following areas will be viewed favourably.
Essential Selection Criteria:
- Ability to achieve customer service quality outcomes.
- Demonstrated ability to manage a multi-disciplinary team.
- Ability to liaise with regulatory bodies.
- Capacity to effectively deliver and monitor service provision within budgetary requirements.
- Demonstrated relevant administration and computer skills and experience.
- Experience in the administration of contracts or the ability to acquire needed knowledge
in a short time.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Current Drivers Licence.
- Previous experience in a community orientated service.
Desirable Criteria:
- Registered Nurse
- Previous Community Care management experience
